Manager, Client Services
As Manager of Client Services, Janet Kotyk oversees client service administration at Northland. Her responsibilities include opening client accounts, arranging transfers, handling client requests and inquiries, coordinating quarter end reporting, management fee billings, and year-end tax reporting. She also acts as the liaison with our custodians.
Mrs. Kotyk has over 30 years experience in the finance industry and has held positions at financial planning, brokerage and investment counseling firms in Canada. Her attention to detail has resulted due to extensive training abroad including several years working in an elite administrative group of a large international corporation. Janet brings excellent interpersonal skills and a wealth of experience in the area of Client Services, Operations, Administration and Client Relations.
Mrs. Kotyk is an active volunteer in the community with special emphasis on children's programs and is currently involved in several projects both in Canada and overseas.
