Manager Client Service
Linda is the Manager, Client Services at Northland. She is responsible for complete client service administration. She liaises with our custodians and oversees our client relationships from the opening of new client accounts through to year end tax reporting.
Linda has extensive experience managing people, programs, and processes within a professional services culture in both the legal and financial services industries. With 20 years in the legal industry, she was responsible for the administration of corporate and real estate law practices, overseeing and managing legal administrative assistants and providing human resources consulting for the law clerk program. She pivoted into the financial services industry where she worked in technology infrastructure and application operations. She learned a niche storage area and drove projects, audit, and change successfully. She managed the relationship and engagement process between application and development teams, vendors and key stakeholders supporting Personal Banking Product Technology releases and projects. Her experience culminated in becoming a Sr. Manager.
Linda is passionate about contributing to the success of the families we serve. She is approachable, has a great sense of humor and is committed to providing excellent service and building strong relationships.
Linda is an active member of her community. She and her husband have worked with youth and, with the help of dedicated volunteers, created an amazing evening summer camp experience for children of the community.
